Anger is a natural human emotion. It is nature’s way of empowering us to "ward off" a perception of an attach or threat to our well being.It can also be a reaction to a situation they may cause disappointment, hurt, frustration, sadness, confusion, shame and other negative emotions.

People experiencing anger problems may immediately become hostile or aggressive due to the related tension. Other people may repress or deny their anger. Depression can be a symptom of underlying anger, pain, excessive guilt and/or shame. Unresolved anger can lead to domestic abuse, road rage, workplace violence, divorce and addictions.
